ALTO SPRINGS CLUB HEARS
BENEFITS RECOUNTED
Roll Call Answered With Personal
Experiences of Each Member
in Work.
To the Democrat:
To Alto Springs Demonstration Club met
Friday the 5th at the school house with 12 members present. Mrs. Grover
Parks joined and was elected yard demonstrator. Roll call was answered to
by giving information concerning the benefit each had derived from the
Demonstration Club. Evidently we have profited by it, judging from the
2551 containers that have been canned by the members present Friday.
Much enthusiasm is being shown now and the
club decided to have the school yard leveled and put out flowers and native
shrubs.
Mesdames O. G. Kelley, John Allen and R. L.
Allen attended the yard demonstration at Mooreville and the 4-H pantry
demonstration at Chilton. This proved to be a very interesting tour that
everyone really enjoyed.
The next meeting will be November 20 at the
school house.
