THE STATE OF TEXAS.
County of Falls.
By virtue of an Execution, issued out of the Honorable Justice Court of Precinct
No. 1, McLennan county, on 28th day of October, A. D. 1907, by Tom Dilworth,
Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of McLennan county, Texas, in the case of
Banning Machine Co. versus J. P. Hamilton, No. 14188, and to me, as sheriff,
directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell for cash, within the hours
prescribed by law for Sheriff's Sales, on the first Tuesday in January, A.D.
1908, it being the 7th day of said month, before the court house door of said
Falls county, in the city of Marlin, the following described property, to-wit:
185 1-8 acres of land on the Peterson and Accosta conflicting survey in Falls
county, described in a deed of trust from J. P. Hamilton to Joe Leick, dated
January 7t, 1907, and of record in book 5, page 562, deed of trust records Falls
county, to which said instrument and its said record reference is made for
description, levied on as the property of J. P. Hamilton to satisfy a judgment
amounting to one hundred thrity-six and 65-100 dollars, and interest at 6 per
cent from Sept. 20, 1907, in favor of the Banning Machine Co and costs of suit.
Given under my hand, this 5th day of December, A. D. 1907.
