Estate Under Execution.

Texas.
Whereas, by virtue of a (------) execution
issued out of the justice's court Precinct No. One of Falls County, Texas by W.
P. (Dashiel), justice of the peace of said precinct, and bearing date the 6th
day of November, 1907, in favor of Z. I. Harlan and against Louis, Roberts,
Archie Randolph, Hiram Roberts and Hiram Hatter, No. 2634, on the docket of said
court, I did, on the said 6th day of November, 1907, at 4:25 o'clock p.m., levy
upon the following described land out of the J. A. Manchaca grant west of the
Brazos bridge, most generally known in the locality in which it is situated as
the Archie Randolph place, and being the fifty acres of land which is left out
of an one hundred acre tract which was conveyed to Archie Randolph by C. A.
Jones by deed dated March 31, 1883, and which is of record in book S, page 191,
of the deed records of Falls county, Texas; and on the 3rd day of December,
1907, being the first Tuesday of said month, between the hours of ten o'clock
p.m. on said day, at the court houese door of said county, I will offer for sale
and sell at public auction, for cash, all the right, title and interest of the
said Archie Randolph in and to said property. Dated at Marlin, Texas, this
the 7th day of November, 1907.
