Two Lunacy Cases Tried--Jailed
for Burglary and Theft.

Two parties were adjudged
insane by juries in the county court, John Childers, whie, and Bessie
Washington, colored. Both will be confined in the asylum as soon as
admission can be secured.
Bud Roberts, a well known character around
Marlin, is in jail on a charge of burglarizing the safe of the McKinney store at
Stranger, from which about $15.00 was secured. Roberts has no feet and
crawls as a means of locomotion.
Selder weems, a negro was placed in jail on
the charge of stealing a gun from a party at Highbank. He was arrested at
Waco.
