Judgment Against H. & T. C.

The suit of Robinett vs. H. & T. C. railway was disposed of in county court
Saturday.
A judgment for $99.50 was rendered in favor
of the plaintiff, who brought suit to recover the value of a horse alleged to
have been killed by the company's train near Denny.
The cash was heard before the court.
