the value of $50. which is on file in the county court.
Kirk is charged with an illegal collection of souvenirs, such as postals, art
goods, etc., from the drug store fo the Smith Drug Company.
He was arrested Saturday by Constable Hemphill and gave bond in the sum of $150
for his appearance at the trial of the case.
The circumstances of the case were unwound by City Marshal Stallworth who
