The following is the list being circulated for a canning factory together with
names signed for stock:
"We the undersigned agree to take the number of shares opposito (sic) our names
at $10 per share for the purpose of building a canning factory in Marlin.
The stock to be paid for upon organization of the company and call of regularly
elected board of directors."
