Lot Purchased And Work to Begin
At Once.

Brick Building To Be Erected.

The Marlin Ice and Cold
Storage Company expect to begin work on its factory soon.
The company has purchased the Guy Elam
homestead property situated on the north east side of the railroad crossing and
between the two railroads. The price paid for the lot and improvements was
$1000.
The factory building will be about 50 x100
and built of brick, one story high.
The officers of the company are as follows:
A. L. Branson, president.
J. L. Lenoir, vice president.
J. B. Laski, secretary.
J. B. Miers, treasurer.
S. N. Donohoo, manager.
The charter was granted several months ago.
The company's manager says the plant will be in operation by spring.
