BUSINESS CHANGE.
A trade has been consumated by which Mr. Marx Levy has disposed of this interest
in the business of Levy Bros, to his brother Mr. Mose Levy.
The transaction embraces the stock of goods
and merchandise in Marlin and the Marx Levy interests in and to the farm and
ranch lands in this and western counties.
Mr. Levy will retire from active business
for a while at least and take a long needed rest.
He came to Marlin more than thirty years
ago and has been actively engaged in the mercantile business here every since.
By his industry and keen business foresight he has asmassed a splendid fortune
and it will be the hope of his friends that hsi period of rest, so justly due
him, will be beneficial in every sense of the word.
The transaction does not include his
individual property, only his interest in the partnership business of Levy Bros.
