Central Hotel Goes Up In Smoke.
-----

Rosebud, Tex., Aug. 29.--This (l)ittle city was quite excited thsi morning when it was discovered that the Central hotel was on fire, which is located in the midst of the city.  It was 1 o'clock when the fire was discovered and it burned for one hour, during which heroic efforts were made to protect the remainder of the city.  The hotel was occupied by P. R. Stripling and was all property of the Mullin estate and was lightly covered by insurance.  No one was injured but considerable damage was done to surrounding properties.
