       NOTICE FARMERS--Having purchased the Welle gin at Marlin, we desire to say that we want your ginning and guarantee you the highest market price for seed--or if you want to sell your seed cotton we will buy same at highest market price.  We also would like for you to weight (sic) your cotton at the Oltorf and Emmerson cotton yard.  We propose to try and make it to your interest to come to Marlin, and as most of you are friends of ours, we assure you will appreciate same and will try and make it to your financial interest.  We propose to make Marlin one of the seed markets.                                         Yours very truly,
