       I have for sale 1314 acres of land belonging to the estate of W. M. Rice deed--a part of the J. G. W. Pierson league, also 200 acres on the S. W. White survey both in Falls county.  Any letters addressed to me at Groesbeeck, Texas will have due consideration.  Respt.

MATERIAL.

       We have purchased the G W Owens stock of lumber and building matreial (sic) located at the Sewall old cotton yard on Commerce street and are in a position to figure your estimates close and guarantee prompt delivery.  This stock is complete and well selected and comprises, among other things, a very large assortment of long leaf yellow pine lumber, shingles doors, blinds, sash etc.

WAGONS AND BUGGIES.
"Winona Wagon and Anchor Buggy" is equal to the best.
We have a nice line and will be pleased to show you through.
