the City of Marlin will receive sealed bids for excavating
and grading a portion of Kennedy and Park Streets.
Said (sic) bids will be opened and contract awarded
at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on June 9.  The approximate quantities
are as follows:  600 cu. yds. of eath excavation and
grading.  The city Council reserves the right to reject
any or all bide (sic).
