Miss Willie Pool of Dallas is spending the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. R. Pool.

Frank Craig of Albany was transacting business here this week.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Pool and daughter, Frances, visited relatives here Friday night.

Sam Pierson and Eugene Pool of Marlin were visiting relatives Thursday night.

Mr. and Mrs. Luther Lyons of Lott were in this section Monday.

Mrs. L. Barnhill is suffering from an abscessed tooth.

H. R. Williams has been confined to his bed on account of asthma.

Andy Quinn and family of Friendship are moving into this community. We welcome them in our midst.

Jack Pool of Marlin, Claude Pool of Reagan, M. Sweeden and Sam Ed Peters of Lott joined Vincent and Charles Tindle in a quail hunt here last week.

Mr. Blackwell of Bruceville was transacting business here Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Reed of Mart visited relatives here Friday.

Ross Stricklin and Raymond Sheffield of Reagan were driving cattle from this section Wednesday.

Mrs. Leo Kilgore visited Mrs. Maggie Holliman Thursday.

Mrs. Ben Downes and Mrs. Barnhill visited Mrs. Maggie Holliman Monday.

Robert Holliman was transacting business in Lott Friday.

Mrs. Jim Tindel and son, Claude, spent Wednesday in the R. R. Pool home.

Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Reed and family spent Friday with Mr. and Mrs. Jake Bolin of Chilton.

Miss Nellie Reed of Marlin spent Christmas with her parents here.

Mrs. Velma Borden of San Antonio spent Christmas with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. (E. or B.) Johnson.

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Tindle spent Friday with Mr. and Mrs. H. Maxwell.
