THOMAS W. WAGNER

     Thomas W. Wagner, b June 27, 1906 - married on August 6, 1931 in Mexia, Texas to Lois Estelle Mitchell, b January 17,1906 - a daughter of Claude Franklin and Julia (Williams) Mitchell- both natives of Falls County.

     Tom worked for the American Red Cross, with his last assignment in Waco, Texas; and Lois taught school after completing her college work.

     Tom and Lois adopted one son:

     Donald Mitchell Wagner, b December 16, 1945- is not married. He is Night Manager of Plantation Inn - a Best Western Motel, in Marlin, is an accomplished pianist and organist, and resides with his parents who are both in ill health. He has not married.

     Tom and Lois are both retired, and reside in their east of Marlin. Lois still owns the land on which her father farmed before his death.
