LINUS MIMS

Linus Mims, b 1896, d 1959 - a son of Robert Asbury and Eugenia Adelaide (Harrington) Mims of North Carolina - married in 1939 to Felice Fischer, b 1898 - a daughter of Johann Daniel and Lena (Wirz) Fischer, II. Linus worked for the Railway Express Company in Marlin and Mexia. Felice worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 32 years, was in the Eastern Star -Degree of Honor, a member of the Methodist Church, and of a "42 Club" and the Wednesday Afternoon Sewing Club. Linus and Felice had no children.
