THOMAS DUPREE KIRKSCEY

     Thomas Dupree Kirkscey, b August 23, 1928 in Lott, Falls County, Texas - was a son of Thomas Cicero and Bernice (Barnett) Kirkscey. He graduated from Lott High School and Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, where he met and married on July 25, 1948 to Bena Ray Taylor, b September 20, 1928 in Junction, Kimble County, Texas - a daughter of Albert Ray and Deana Lorena Taylor.

     Thomas Dupree and Bena Ray Kirkscey taught school for several years before moving to Rosebud, Falls County, Texas in 1954, where Thomas Dupree became associated with his father, Thomas Cicero Kirkscey, in the Kirkscey Locker Plant: At present, Thomas Dupree Kirkscey is the owner of the same business, and Bena Ray teaches in the Rosebud Primary School. They are members of the First United Methodist Church in Rosebud, and they had three sons:

     Timothy Wayne Kirkscey, b October 30, 1952 in Eagle Lake, Colorado County, Texas - married December 23,1972 in Westphalia, Falls County, Texas to Janice Rose Greger.

     Mark Taylor Kirkscey, b May 27, 1956 in Marlin, Falls County, Texas - married June 20, 1981 in Bedford, Tarrant County, Texas to Kenna Kaye Ball.

     Thomas Russell Kirkscey, b July 25,1966 in Marlin, Falls County, Texas - is not married.
