Last Will and Testament of Margaret McLeod

Margaret McLeod of the State and District aforesaid do make and ordain this my
last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore
made. It is my will and desire that the
lands I now posses shall remain
and used for my support together with
farming
and House hold and Kitchen furniture and all other perishable
property that I may possess. Then after
my decease I give to my daughter Mrs. Harriet

One bed and furniture and also to my son George
McLeod one bed and furniture. Then
after my decease I desire that after the payment of my just debts the Balance
of my estate both real and personal shall be divided by sale or otherwise
between my surviving children Share and Share alike. The children of my deceased children to get share of their
parents except my son John M. McLeod to him I give the sum of Five dollars in
full of his share of my estate. Lastly
I do hereby appoint my son George McLeod my executor to this my last will and
Testament and revoking all other wills by me made. In witness I set my hand and seal this the 14th day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven
