Last Will and Testament of Lucius P. Loring

The State of South Carolina

I Lucius P. Loring of Sumter District in the said State, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and understanding, do make, constitute and ordain the following to be my last Will and Testament. I give, devise and bequeath all my Estate, real and personal to my beloved Wife to be at her sole, absolute disposal. And I nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved Wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. In witness here fore I have set my hand and seal this Eleventh day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty Six.
