In the name of God Amen.

I Susan Jones of the County and State aforesaid being of sound and disposing mind and memory but weak in body do hereby make publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament (1) I desire and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Joanna all of my property real and personal to her and her heirs forever (2) after making probate of this my last will and Testament with an Inventory of estate I relieve my executrix of all requirements of law as to making any ………. As executrix (3) I nominate and appoint my said daughter Elizabeth J. Sole executrix of this my last will and testament. Signed published and declared by the said Susan Jones as her last will and testament in our presence who in the presence of said testament and of each other have subscribed as witnesses hereto this 28^th day of March AD 1871.
