Last Will and Testament of Lauringdon R. Jennings

In the name of God Amen: I Lauringdon R. Jennings of Sumter District and State of South Carolina being of sound and disposing mind and knowing the uncertainty of this life do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following: that is to say, I will, devise and bequeath to my children Sallie C. Bryan, Martha M. Doby, Emma Rosalie Jennings, Lauringdon A. Jennings and William James Jennings, other heirs who may be living at the time of my decease all and singular, my Personal and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever of what nature, kind and quality so ever the same may consist of to be divided equally between them share and share alike.

And I do hereby constitute and appoint my daughter Sallie C. Bryan Executrix and my son Lauringdon R. Jennings Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this seventh day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.
