Last Will and Testament of Benjamin G. Hodge

In the name of God Amen. I Benjamin G. Hodge do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manners and form following. That is to say I wish my Estate Real and Personal be kept together for the use and benefit of my wife Cinthia M. Hodge and such of my children as may remain with her until my youngest child arrives at twenty one years of age. My wife to have the control and management of said Estate and to dispose of the profits as she may deem best and not to as ………….the same when my youngest child arrives at the age of twenty one years. I wish my Estate equally divided between my wife and such of my children as may be then living.

I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any will by me heretofore made.

In witness where of I the said Benjamin G. Hodge hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Sixty Three.
