Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Cockerill

In the name of God Amen. I Elizabeth Corkerill of the County and State above do hereby make, constitute and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, revoking all other wills by anybody made to the contrary.
I will to my Daughter Sarah Ann Cockerill all my personal property at my death including all possessions on hand as well as growing Crops, all Stock, Cows, Hogs, and Horses etc. I also will to her all my Lands and improvements, in other words all my Real Estate, the same having been inherited by me from my Father’s Estate and my Mother’s Estate.
It is my wish and desire that my Daughter Mary P. Cockerill and my son William L. Cockerill shall remain and have a home on the place if they so desire as long as they live and remain Single.
I also wish all honest debts be paid. I make and constitute my daughter Sarah Ann Cockerill and my Nephew Spencer Davis my executors to this my last Will and Testament. In witness hereof by my hand and seal the 23rd day of April 1886.
