I Mary Brunson being weak of body but of soundmind make this my last will and testament in the manner and form asfollows.
First. I commend my soul to God who gave it andafter my decease. I desire to be buried in a Christian like manner. And after my just debts are paid. Then what Estate it has pleasedGod to bless me with. I desire it to be disposed of asfollows:
First. I do give and bequeath to my daughterElizabeth Holladay and to her children after her death all the landon said Estate that I may possess at my death. It not being subjectto or for the debts of her husband.
Second. I do will and desire that all theremaining portion of my Estate what ever it may consist of be dividedin four equal portions as follows. One part to be given to mydaughter Elizabeth Holladay and her children after her. One part tobe given to the children of my deceased daughter Rebecca Hodge. Onepart to children of my deceased daughter Ellen Clark. One part tothe children of deceased son Isaac Brunson.
Third. I do will and desire that the part,portion left to the child of my deceased son Isaac Brunson, Viz MaryT. Brunson, be held by and in the possession of my Executors untilshe becomes of the age of twenty one or until she marries. And ifshe dies leaving no Child or Children then the property to be dividedbetween my other heirs.
Lastly. Revoking all other wills by me made. Inominate and appoint E.I. Pugh, Col; William Nettles, and JohnNettles Sr. Executors of this my last Will and Testament. And I doauthorize them to make all necessary sales and on such times as theydeem best.
I hereunto set my hand and seal this thirdday of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred andfifty five.
