Last Will and Testament of Samuel J. Bradley

In the name of God Amen I Samuel J. Bradley of Sumter District do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and for following that is to say. I will and direct that after my just are fully paid and satisfied my whole Estate real and personal be divided between my wife and child or children if there be more than one in such proportions as they would have been entitled to the same had I made my will and my estate had been subject to distribution under the acts of this State in relation to intestate Estates. I Nominate Constitute and appoint my brother John J Bradley and my wife Elizabeth N Bradley Executor and Executrix of my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me at anytime heretofore made. In witness where of I hereunto subscribe in the name of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty One
