Whereas
I Elizabeth Wilson of the State and District aforesaid, being sick of Body, but
thanks be to God, of Sound mind and memory and knowing that it is appointed for
all once to die, do make and ordain this My last Will and Testament (Viz) In
the first place I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it;
and as touching such worldly Estate as it has pleased him to blefs me with--I
give and bequeath in the following manner---First--I give and bequeath unto my
beloved Daughter Sarah Young the sum of Five Shillings‑-Also--to my
beloved Son Benjamin Ferguson the sum of Five Shillings--To My beloved Daughter
Anna Wilson I give and bequeath, one
Negro Woman named Abagail and one named Maria, with their increase to her and
her
heirs
forever--Also I give and bequeath unto the above named Anna Wilson all my Stock
of Horses, Hogs and Cattle, Household and Kitchen furniture, farming utensils
together with every Kind, sort or species of property which I may be in
pofsefsion of at the time of My Decease---I do hereby Nominate Constitute and
appoint., My Daughter Anna Wilson aforesaid, sole Executrix, to this my last
will and Testament, hereby revokeing and makeing void all, and
every
other will and wills at any time heretofore by me made and do declare this to
be my last Will and Testament---In witnefs whereof of I have hereunto set my
hand & Seal this Seventh day of January, in the year of our Lord One
Thousand Eight hundred and Thirty
