Will of Thomas Sumter

of South Carolina
I Thomas Sumter of Sumter district being
Sick in body but of a sound and disposing mind do make this my Last Will and
testament--- I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils whatever
made,
It ise my Will that after the payment of my debts my property and all me estate
real and personal be distributed according to the Laws of South Carolina with
the exceptions hereafter mentioned (Viz) my daughter Natali having been
provided for at her marriage is to receive no portion of my estate my daughter
Stephani having received five thousand dollars she is to receive that sum Less
in the distribution of my estate than those entitled my Son, to the Same
portion Item I have given to my Son
Delage two thousand dollars which I would have deducted from his part of my
estate, but he has repaid it by Surveying for me my personal property being
small
I recommend that it be kept together
during the Lifetime of my wife for her Support and the Support or the family-
It is my Will that the portions of my estate which will go to my daughters
Stephani
and Braselin be Settled on them and their children respectively and my
executrix and executors herafter named are made trustees for that purpose- I appoint
my wife executrix and
my
Sons- Delage Frances and Sebastain executors of this my last Will and testament
