In the name of God amen, I William D. McIntosh ofSalem Sumter District do make and declare this my last will andtestament in manner and form following first I resign my Soul intothe hands of Almighty God hoping and believing in a remission of mysins by the merits and mediation of Jesus Christ: and my body Icommit to the earth to my worldly Estate I give and devise asfollows.-

First I give and devise to my beloved brotherJoshua M. McIntosh all the Lands that I inherited from my Fatheragreeable to his last will and Testament Containing Four Hundred andforty three Acres more of Less Except Seven Acres which I give andbequeath to my beloved Sister Mary M. Budden

Also it is my will that all my stock of cattle andhogs be equally divided between my Five living Sisters and thechildren of Susan B McElveen

Also it is my will that my Executor collect allthe moneys due to me and to Pay all my just debts.

And I do hereby appoint my brother Joshua MMcIntosh Executor to this my last will and testament.
