Sumter District ) mind andunderstanding for which I thank almighty God, do Make this my lastWill and Testament, as follows, First My Body to be Buried at theDiscretion of my Executors hereafter Named-----

Secondly all my Just debts to be paid after mydecease, as Soon as possible

Thirdly It is my Will and Desire that my DaughterSARAH E. HARVIN shall have the use of my Negro Woman LUCY with herfuture Increase during her life time, by her paying my Son MARKMCKELLAR LYNAM, one hundred and fifty dollars, at the time ofReceiving her, and should by Daughter SARAH E. HARVIN die leaving nochildren, then for Said Negro Woman, LUCY with her future Increase tobe Equally Divided between My two Sons WILLIAM andMARK.&emdash;

Fourthly I give and bequeath to my Son WILLIAMLYNAM one Negro Girl named CAROLINE.

Fifthly I give and bequeath to my son DANIEL I.LYNAM one cow and calf.

Sixthly I give and bequeath to my grand sonWILLIAM LYNAM five dollars,

Seventhly I give and bequeath unto my DaughterSARAH E. HARVIN, and my Two Sons WILLIAM and MARK MCKELLAR LYNAM allthe Rest of my Estate of Every description to be equally dividedamongst them.

Lastly I nominate and appoint my Two Sons DANIELI. LYNAM and WILLIAM LYNAM Executors to this my last Will andTestament &endash; In witnefs I have hereunto set my hand and Seal inthe presence of the Wifnefses this first day of August in the year ofour Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty three.
