Swamp, to the place of comencement at fiveHundred Dollars of my Estate, Also he Shall Discount one HundredDollars for one horse 1 bed & 4 head of Cattle alreddy Redvd. - I wish him to have the Negrowes after Named, that is to Say. Isum,Rily Peggy. & Tennah & Molly alreddy Recvd, I wish him tohave Old Sue for Nothing. - It is my Wish that my Daughter JeanLeeman & her lawful Ishew after her Shall have the, Negrow'safter Named that is to Say. Tony. & Amy. & one Hundred &fifty Dollars with what I have Alreddy given her to be her full partof my Estate both Reail & personal. - I wish my Soninlaw MorginSwails to have five Dollars as his full part of my Estate both Reail& personal with what he has Recvd, - I wish the Ishew of myDaughter Mary Swails to have fourteen Hundred Dollars to be kept onIntrist & paid to them as the Come of Age or Merries & ifone or More of Sd. Ishaw Should Died before the Come of age or Maries their part to be Equly Divided betwixt the Surviving Brother's &Sisters. - It is my wish that my Son Wm, James Frierson Shall havethe Negrows After Named that is to say. Primis, Cate. Martch. &Let &. Isaac. Graham shall haave the Negrowsafter Named (to wit) Friday, Fillis, Lias & Hannah alreddyRecvd, Rites made to her land alreddy. I wish her to have my Chistof Drawers & one Note of one Hundred & thirty Dollars that Ihold Wm, James Graham & What I have alreddy given her Shall be her full part of my Estate both Reail & personal - It is my Wissthat my Son Thomas Dickey Frierson Shall have all my lands on theEst Side of Pudding Swamp begining at the lower line in the Senterof Said Swamp & Runing up Senter of Sd, Swamp till it JoinsGoodmans land & Duboses land & on to Green's land & thenon to Wheeler's land & then to where It began Incliding theplace where John Leeman lived now where Miss Allin lives with all my lands Joining the Same at three Hundred Dollars of my Estate, I wishhim to have one good bed & furniture at twenty Dollars.
