In the Name of God, Amen, I James Felder of theState aforesaid, do make and declare this my last will and testamentin manner and form following:

First, I resign my Soul into the hand of AlmightyGod, hoping and believing in a remission of my Sins by the merits andmedication of Jesus Christ. And my body I commit to the earth to beburied at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named and myworldly Estate I give and devise as follows:

1st -- It is my will and desire that all myjust debts shall be paid out of my Estate, as soon aspracticable.

2nd -- It is my will and desire that all myEstate after the debts are paid shall go to the children of mysister, Elizabeth Ragin, those she may have as well as those she has,and to my niece, Sarah Ann Elizabeth Ragin, share and share alike tobe given to them when they shall arrive at the age of twenty one oron their marriage should it appear that it would be more to theadvantage of the children to lay my Estate out in property for theuse of the above named Heirs, it is my will that my Executrix shalldo so, which I leave entirely to her discretion.

3rd -- I leave all my Estate, no matter whatit may consist of or wheresoever found -- and all my right andinterest to my share of my Mother's Estate which consists of a fewNegroes now in the possession of my sister, Elizabeth Ragin, to beawarded to the Heirs above named, and be distributed as the balanceof my Estate is; and, lastly, I appoint to this my last will andtestament my sister, Elizabeth Ragin, sole Executrix to the abovewill --
