WILL OF FREDERICK EVANS

 

 

I Frederick Evans being in a low and sicklycondition, but of sound mind and calling to mind my mortality do Makeand Establish this as my last will and testament viz

 

1st I will and bequeath the plantation of landwhereon I live to my son Stephen reserving to my wife a widowhood orlife time dower on it, as the case may be; and reserving to my otherchildren the right of living on it and using it till they are of ageor married.

 

2nd I will and bequeath the remainder of myproperty to be equally divided between my wife and my children.
