I Joseph B. Cook minister of the Gospel &Planter of Claremont County, being in bad health but of sound &disposing mind to make this my last will and testament as follows
I give, bequeath and devise all my real & personal estate to mybeloved wife & the four Children which I have by her to beequally divided between them
I do hereby constitute & appoint her Executrix of this my will& Guardian of my said four Children
It is further my will & desire that my said wife and Childrenreside together & any one of said Children come of age or marry,that the one so coming of age or marrying receive her or his part ofmy estate - It is further my will that my said wife should sell anyof my estate real or personal as may be necefsary to pay debts or tomake a division between her & my said four Children.
