This is to Certify, that in the event, I donot recover from my prsent Affliction I desire, After my decease,that all my legal Debts be paid, and that the Interest of the Balanceof all my property be annually paid to my Mother Alice D. Barrett aslong as she lives, And that after her death, the Said property beequally divided between my two unmarried Sisters Isabella Barrett andElizabeth Jane Barrett.----And I do hereby Nominate and appoint mybrother William G. Barrett, the Agent to carry into full effect thewished above expressed.
