I Harriett Ann Andrews though feeble in body yetof sound mind and judgement and of the state and district aforesaidand not influenced by any other motive than that of love andaffection I bear for my children the lawful issue of my body. Article 1st For and in consideration of the aboveand Maternal Care I have and bear my above named children viz RubinL. Stark, Caroline E. Stark and Martha E. Stark do will and bequeathand give with free consent and without fear of dread and only for thelove and affection. I have for my children Rubin L. Stark, CarolineE. Stark and Martha E. Stark after my death the following namednegroes viz Lavina and her child Williby to have and to hold after mydeath making an equitable and just distribution of the said negroesLavina and her child Williby and their increase between the abovenamed affectionate children Rubin L. Stark, Caroline E. Stark andMartha E. Stark and their lawful issue of body forever and ever,Amen.

Article 2nd For and in consideration of the loveand affection I Harriett Ann Andrews bear and fuel and the

Many obligations I am under to Jane Jenkinson dowill and bequeath and forever give after my death Harriett AnnAndrews and only during the lifetime of the said Jane Jenkinson acertain named negro slave viz Rebecca and her increase to have and tohold and to exercise all power over same that of sale during thelifetime of the said Jane Jenkinson.

Article 3rd For and together with the love andaffection I Harriett Ann Andrews bear for Jane Jenkinson and herdaughters Jane Ann Judson Jenkinson and Latitia Harriett Jenkinson dogive after the decease of Jane Jenkinson their lawful Mother the saidnamed negro slave Rebecca to the said named children of JaneJenkinson viz Jane Ann Judson Jenkinson and Latitia HarriettJenkinson and their lawful heirs the issue of their bodies and bylawful marriage the said Rebecca to have and to hold for ever againstmy heirs executors administrators or assigns or against any otherperson or persons lawfully claiming or otherwise for the purposesusafes(sp) of the said Jane Ann Judson Jenkinson and Letitia HarriettJenkinson and the full benefit of the increase of the said slaveRebecca and the right to will give away and dispose of the said negroslave Rebecca and the increase of her body hereafter in such manneras they may see fit and this will of mine Harriett Ann Andrews shallbe between Jane Ann Judson Jenkinson and Latitia Harriett Jenkinsonauthorily for so doing.

Article 4th In the event of the death of theabove named children Jane Ann Judson Jenkinson and Latitia HarriettJenkinson and no lawful heirs the issue of their bodies I HarriettAnn Andrews as above stated feeble in body though of sound mind andjudgement and without fear or dread do will and give and bequeath thesaid named negro slave Rebecca and the issue of her body to mychildren viz Rubin L. Stark, Caroline E. Stark and Martha E. Starkabove named and the lawful issue of their bodies to have and to holdforever and ever, Amen.

Article 5th For and under many other obligations,love and affection I have for beloved son Rubin L. Stark I give andbequeath as aforesaid without fear or dread of any person or personswhat so ever all of my interest inheritance and dower to a tract ofland whereupon Robert W. Andrews now resides and hereafter to bedisposed of as part of my estate, Amen.
