I Jefse Woodard J.r of the Dis.t & State aforeSaid being in a feeble and afflicted State of body tho of SoundMemory, and recollection, from a View of the Shortnefs anduncertainty of life, and a desire to make the necefsary Arrangementsin My temporal affairs, previous to My defsolution, do Make andConstitute this to be my last Will and Testament, Item. 1st That allmy just debts be paid Item 2nd I will a bequeath Unto My belovedWife Mary Woodard the remaining Part of My property, real &personal, for her own proper Use benefit and behoof and at her Owndisposal forever. Item 3rd I do hereby Make and Constitute RogerWillis Executor and My Wife Mary Woodard Executrix to this My lastWill and testament In Witnefs Whereof I hereunto Set my hand and Sealthis 10th day of March in the Year of Our Lord 1818
