This is to Show that I Daniel H. Vasser For thenatural love and effection that I owe to my Beloved wife Nancy I doGave and Bequeath unto her one Cow With Calf and a Cow and yearlinand one too year old heffer and all my stock of hogs and all myProvisions for the present year and To have the use of my plantationDuring her stay on the Place or her widowhood Also I gave my wifeNandy Forty dollars household and kitchen furniture for her use andBenefit not being molested by any Person whatever and my mare she isto keep till she Brings her Colt and Then Both the mare Colt sold andanother good servisable Nag bought in and gave to my wife Nancy forher use and if Joseph pate stays with her and proves faithfull andobedient for the term of two years or upwards I wish him to have onehalf of what the mares fold is supposed to be Worth when they aresold and whenever my wife leaves The place all the property To besold and my land sold To the best advantage and the money it Bringsto go to Eliam M. Vasser or his Heirs also I gave my granddaughterSarah J. Vasser ten dollars in money and one bed and Bedstead andFurniture when the property is sold That I leave to my wife the moneyto bee equally divided among all my Children, then the balance of myCattle and money to be Equally divided (betwn) Ann Lee and Sarah Roseor there lawful heirs after paying all my Just debts and Jofhuavasser to attend to the busynefs after my death my death and to belegally paid for his Trouble
