I Hiram Tomlin of Sumter dist do make & ordainthis my last Will & testament. Principally & first of all Igive & recommend my soul to Almighty God. my Body to be decentlyBuried my worldly Estate to be divided as follows to wit---

Item--I give & Bequeath unto my two BrothersSamuel Tomlin & John Tomlin all my Real & personal Estate tobe equally divided Between them when Samuel Arives to the Age ofTwenty One years. and if Either of thim die before they Arive to saidAge the Survivor are to heir the whole of said Estate---

And I do hereby Authorize my Executors hereinafter named to Call in three of the Neighboring - dis disinterestedFreeholders to make the division Afforesaid without any Order ofCourt which division made by them shall be Final.

I do hereby Authorize Constitute nominate &Appoint John Jay McFaddin Samuel McFaddin and William McFaddin or anytwo of them to be my whole & Sole Executors of this my last Will& testament&emdash; I disannul every former Will&emdash; I Ratify& Confirm this & no other to be my last Will and testament.Signed, Sealed & delivered this day of October in the year ofour Lord One thousand Eight hundred & Nineteen---
