I William Savage of Sumter District Being in aweak State of body but perfectly free from any Infirmity of mind andMemory and Knowing that it is Appointed for all Men Once to die Dotherefore Ordain and Constitute this my last will and Testament. MyWill and desire is that all my Just Debts be paid first out of MyEstate and the Remainder I will as follows. Imprimis I give andBequeath unto my beloved Six Daughter as follows lows Viz Jane, Anne,Rebecca, Elizabeth, Mary, and Elendor all My Lands to be Equallydivided between them. My Will is that if any of my above Mentionedsix Children should depart this life without out Iftsues that theLand to be Equally divided among the survivers to them and theirheirs.

Item I give and Bequeath unto my beloved fivedaughters Namely Ann, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Mary and Elender, All mypersonal Estate Consisting of One Negro follow named Harry Stock ofevery Kink house hold and Kitchen furniture My present Crop all Debtsdue Me after taken out what I Shall Will Otherwise hereafter to themand thier heirs forever. Item I give and Bequeath unto my belovedDaughter Rebecca five Shillings:

Item I give unto Martha Ridgeway fourty ThreeDollars which she has Received Twenty five already in a Note onFrederic Carter to her and her heirs forever---My will and Desire isthat my Executors hereafter Mentioned do keep my five Children NamelyAnn, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Mary & Elender on my plantation where Inow live untell they come of age or Marry without my Executors dofind that they cannot Keep the property together without it wastingit so then it to bee Sold on a Credit with Interest. Lastly In Orderto Carry this my last Will and Testament into Effect and to Executethe Same I have Ordained & Appointed My Friends John RidgillSenr. and George Andrews my Executors to this My last Will andTestament I Witness hereunto I have set my hand & Seal this fifthday of August in the year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred& Eight.
