In the name of God, Amen, I Thomas Sabb Jun.rbeing weak in Body but of perfect mind and Memory, do make and Ordainthis to be my last Will and testament, revoking all others,heretofore made, It is my will and desire, first that my lawful debtsbe first paid out of my Estate, -Item it is my will and desire thatmy Beloved Brother Morgan Sabb should be my Whole and soul Heir, Thathe should have the whole of my property both Real and personal,(Except) my Boy Nero, which it is my will that he should be set freeat the age of twenty one years, And I do hereby appoint my belovedBrother Morgan Sabb Executor to this my last Will and testament---Given under my hand and seal this twenty first day of March in theyear of our lord one thousand Eight hundred and seven, and in thethirty second year of the American Independence-
