Item I give & bequeath to My Dear belovedSon James Henry Montgomery All the rest of My Estate Both Real& personal Except My wife shold Be pregnant at My death then thatChild if A son to divide both Real & personal Estate Equally withMy Son James Henry Montgomery, And if a daughter to divide thePersonal Estate Equally with My Son James Henry Montgomery.
