I Noah Michau of Sumter District and State ofSouth Carolina being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory andcalling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it isappointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my lastWill and Testament, that is to say After my death I desire that allmy just debts should first be paid.

Secondly I give and bequeath to my Sister MrsCharlotte Lenud my Plantation or tract of Land whereon I now reside,also all my present crop except One hundred bushels of Corn, also allmy House hold and Kitchen furniture except one feather Bed, also allmy Plantation Tools of every discreption, also Three negroes namelyHarbord, Cate and Leah, also One Bay Horse called Shackelford, alsoOne half of my Stock of every discreption, also all my Poultry

Thirdly I give and bequeath to my BrotherAlexander Michau One Negro man name Walla, Also One Black Horse, alsoOne half of my Stock of every discreption, also One hundred bushelsof Corn, also One feather Bed also all the debts which may be due meeither by Bonds, notes or accounts also all my wearingapparel,

Fourthly The said Charlotte Lenud and AlexanderMichau above mentioned each to pay an equal part of my justdebts---

Lastly I likewise constitute make and ordainDoct.r William Buford, Samuel Perdriau and John Perdriau my only andsole Executors of this last will and Testament, and I do herebyutterly disallow revoke and disannul all and every other formerTestament will and Executors by me in any way before this time namedwilled and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other tobe my last will and Testament--In Witnefs whereof I hareunto Set myhand and Seal this Sixteenth day of August in the year of Our Lordone thousand eight hundred and Twenty Six---
