In the name of God amen I Daniel McDonald do makedeclare and publish this my last will and Testament I give andbequeath to Susannah Rachel Frierson Conyers a negro girl named Juno. and in case she dies leaving no child alive at her death then theSaid girl Juno is to go over to John Napoleon Frierson, and his heirsand if the said Susannah Rachel Frierson Conyers should have child orchildren alive who should die without children before twenty oneyears of age then the said Juno is go over to Said John NapoleonFrierson.

The rest of my personal estate and all my realestate I give to John Napoleon Frierson and his heirs forever. Idirect my lands. and real estate to be sold and all my perishableproperty (not negroes) to be sold on payment of my debts, and thefunds thereby realized after payment of debts to be visted in negroesor the money put out at interest for the benefit of Said JohnNapoleon Frierson at the option of my Executors and I do herebyappoint Major John Frierson and John I Frierson my executors herebyrevoking all other wills this Day of Anno Domei1819---
