I George Ioor Planter of the High Hills of Santeedo make this my last will and testament in manner and formfollowing-- It is my will that my Executors herein after mentioned dodischarge all my just debts with all convenient speed after my death-To my beloved wife Elizabeth Catharine, and her hears forever, I giveand bequeath one negro wench named Juliot, with all her future ifsue,one negro boy named Sam, one good chair, one good Chair horse, onegood bays horse, and five hundred dollars, to be paid her out of thecrop that may be on hand at the time of my death, also Two hundreddollars to be paid her when she wishes to go to house keeping, to buyfurniture, also James Hasttings bond to Samuel Fley deceased forabout on Thousand dollars ballance, also one third of a bond due byAnn Richardson to Samuel Fley dec.d for about on Thousand dollars,and all the furniture of her bed room, and it is my will that mybeloved wife do have her living in my house until she can make itconvenient to go to house keeping, It is my will that the abovelegasis be considered in lew of all dower, as I have given her bydeed of gift he(r) brother Samuel Fley deceased, Estate both real andpersonal-It is my will that the remaining two thirds of the bond dueby Ann Richardson to Samuel Fley be equally divided between MarialFley, and the children of Ann, Sister of Marial Fley, agreeable tothe last request of Samuel Fley dec.d To my grand daughter Francis,Mary and her hears forever, I give and bequeath one negro girl namedPogey, with all her future ifsue--To my grand daughter Margaret, andher hears forever, I give and bequeath one negro girl named Liddy,with all her future ifsue--To my grand son Peter Horry, and his hearsforever, I give and bequeath my silver mounted gun, and forty dollarsto buy him a watch--It is my will that my grave yard is inclosed by asubstantial stone wall four feet high, and marble head and footstones, to my late beloved wife, my good friend Samuel Fley, andSelf---To my son John and his hears forever, I give and bequeath allthat tract of land known by the name of the machine Fort containingas pur plot four hundred and ninety five acres also the slip of land,adjoining said tract, beginning at a small safsifras corner, in thelane between James Hartley and self, and from theres runing in adyrect line to the corner of the oats field commonly called Snipefield (as pur Hasting Ginnings plat of said land).-To Provide moreeffectually for my son Benjamin G. and his posterity after him, as Iam apprehensive he will injur himself by his unbounded generosity, Igive and bequeath him during life, and to his Legitimate ifsue afterhim, all that tract of land whereon I reside with the dwelling houseout buildings &ct containing as pur plot about Six hundred andfifty acres, including the slip of land given as above to my sonJohn, but to be liable for no debt he shall contract, and in case ofhis death without legetimte ifsue, I give and bequeath to my son Johnand his hears forever all the above mentioned tract of land, with thedwelling house out building ect- I give and bequeath to my sonBenjamin G. and his hears forever, two negro men named Sharper, andNat, and one negro boy named Peter, one negro wench named Pender,with her infant child named Abram, with her future ifsue, and onenegro child named Resetha, with all her future ifsue---To my son Johnand his hears forever, I give and bequeath one motto wench namedThisby, with all her future ifsue, and one negro boy named James-Theremainder of my Estate both real and personal, of what kind so ever,after the above bequests, I give and bequeath to my son John and hishears forever, the one-half-. The other half I give and bequeath tomy son Benjamin G. during life, and to his legetimate ifsue after himforever, but to be liable for no debts he may contract, and in caseof his death without legetimate ifsue, I give and bequeath theremining half of my Estate to my son John and his hears forever-saythe half given as above to my son Benjamin G.--- Finally I Constitutemy two sons John, and Benjamin G.
