Carolina Planter being very sick and weak in Body but ofperfect mind and memory, Thanks be Given unto God Calling unto mindthe Mortallity of my Body and Knowing that it is appointed for allmen once to die, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament,that is to say principally and first of all I recommend my Soul Intothe hands of Almighty God that Gave it, and my Body I recommend tothe Earth to be Buried in decent Christian Burial at the discretionof my Executors, and as Touching such worldly Estate wherewith it haspleased God To blefs me in this life I Give devise and dispose of theSame In the following manner and form. First I Give to my dear WifeSarah The following negroes VIZ.
