In the name of God Amen! I Mary Ford of the Stateand Destrict aforesaid being in a low State of health but of soundmind and memory, and knowing that all mankind have once to die. Domake and ordain this my last will and testament. hereby revoking andDisannulling all other and former wills made by me. that is tosay---

First I recommend my Soul into the hands ofAlmighty God who gave it, and my Body to be buried in a decent andChristian like manner, and as to what worldly affects it has pleasedgod to blefs me with, after the payment of my Just debts, I do giveand dispose of in the following manner---

Item. As to my oldest son Elias Ford he hasalready one negro from me some land an Horse & some stock which Iconcire to be his full proportion and all that He was intitled to andhe has therefore had his part and is to have none of the Estate nowto be divided---

Item. I have also made a deed of gift of twonegroes and two beds and Furniture to my Daughter Mary Ford andRebekah Ford, which I concire to be their full proportion and thatthey are to have none of the ballance of the Estate intended now tobe given---

Item. I give and bequeath all the ballance of myproperty, that is to say Six negroes, stocks of Cattle Hogs Horses& all debts and demands whatsoever, (except three beds andFurniture of which I give to each of my three Daughters Zilphy Ford,Patse Ford and Amanda Ford) to my Five Children, namely: Betsey Hall,Zilphy Ramsey, Patsey Ford, Matt,w Ford & Amanda Ford with theirFuture increase, to Equally divided at my death, by a valuation so asto make each division equal, by whosoever getting the most valuablelot paying the difference to those who have least so as to make eachlott equal, and the choise of lotts to be determined by ballot and Ido hereby to them and their Heirs and afsigns forever-

Lastly I do appoint Richard Moore, Matt.w J Mooreand Willis Ramsey my lawfull Executors to take charge of my Estate atmy Death and see that my Just Debts are Settled and cause thedivision to be made when they see proper not exceeding two years,agreeable to the above directions---
