I Samuel Fley being in full pofsefsion of myfaculties do make this my last Will and Testament--First I desirethat all my just debts be paid with all convenient Speed--To theChildren of my Sister Ann, the Sister of Maria I give and bequeathOne Negro Wench Anne and her other Children and their future Issue,also One Negro Wench Named Grace & her Male Child, and her futureIssue, To my Sister Maria I give and bequeath One Negro Wench NamedClarifsa and Her Child, & her future Issue, also One hundred andfifty Pounds Sterling to be paid her in Cash--To my Brother Mr. JohnG Guignard, I request his acceptance of my Riding Horse Saddle andBridle and my Map of the United States, To my esteemed friends Mr.George Ioor & Wm Mayrant, and my Nephews, James S Guignard, WmRichardson, Cha.s Richardson John S Richardson, Manly Richardson JohnIvor & Benj.n Ivor, to each I bequeath a hansome Saddle andBridle, To my Nephew John Ioor, I also give my Book Case &Library To my Nephew Benj.n Ioor I give my Writing Desk, my Chest ofDraws, and also my Wearing Apparel, if he will accept of them To mySisters Mrs Francis Ioor, Mrs Ann Richardson, Mrs Mag.t Horry, andMrs Elizabeth Guignard, and also my Nicees, Mrs Mayrant, Mrs JamesGuignard, Mrs John Ioor, and Bethia Richardson, each I leave a Goldring to be made in any form they may direct--The Remainder of myEstate both real and personal, I give and bequeath to my SisterElizabeth Fley, to her and her Heirs forever, In case of her death ofmy said Sister Elizabeth before marriage, It is my will that one halfof the Estate she inherits from me, be divided between my said SisterMaria & the Children of her Sister Ann, the other half she maydispose of as she thinks proper It is my desire that no divisiontakes place until my Debts and legacies are paid Finally I constitutemy Nephew John Ioor, James S Guignard Executors & my SisterElizabeth, Executrix of this my last will & Testament--InTestomory whereof I have hereunto Set my hand & Seal---
