The Last Will of Henry Durant, State of SumterDistrict Salem County South Carolina;Declared by him, by word ofMouth the Eighth Day of January 1805, A few minutes previous to hisDeath, at his own Houfe, Call,d Upon us whofe Names are Underwrittento Evidence theMethod in which he wifh,d his Estate to be dividedwhich are as follows,

Viz. The Perfonal Property, that I have alreadygive to my Oldest Children, I allow to them Who are to remit the sumof five hundred Dollars to my Wife & younger Children, inConfequence of Land give to them and also all my Perfonal Propertynow in my Pofsefsion, to be Equally Divided, between my wife &younger Children.

Thefe were the words Spoken, by the said HenryDurant Deceafed, in prefence of us whofe Names are underwritten, AsEvidence for the Due Execution thereof---
