In the name of God Amen, I Elizabeth Daniel of theState of So. Carolina Sumter District Salem County, being sick andweak of body but of perfect mind and memory, Calling to mind themortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for all Onceto die, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament, that isto say principaly and first of all I give and Recommend my soul intothe hands of God that gave it,-- and my body I recommend to the Earthto be buried in a decent christian burial at the discretian of myExecutors; nothing doubting but at the general Resurrection I shallreceive the same again by the mighty power of God--And as touchingsuch worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to blefs me with inthis life I give devise and dispose of the Same in the followingmanner & form----My Will & Desire is that all my Estate Realand personally be Sold after my decease and the monies thence arisingto be applyed to the use and Advantages of my three Children Namelylove Daniel, Hopkins Daniel and Deriar Daniel for the purpose ofraising and Educating them untill they are able to Labour for theirown Support the Residue of the Mony to be kept at Interest until theyarrive to Lawful age or marry then to be Equally Divided amongthem,---I do hereby constitute and appoint my Trusty, friends ThomasWoodard and Nathan Hanks my sole Executors of this my last Will andTestament--And I do hereby utterly disannul and Revoke every formerWill & Testament, ratifying & Confirming this and no other tobe my last will & Testament In Witnefs whereof I have hereuntoset my hand & seal this Twenty first day of June in the year ofour Lord Eighteen hundred & six
