Item I give and bequeath unto my son Daniel OneHundred and Ninety Acres of Land out of the tract I now liveon.
Item I give and bequeath to my son Burwell fortyAcres of Land being part of a tract which Obed Cater Lives on, alsoOne Hundred and Ten Acres of the tract I now live on to Join thebefore mentioned forty acres.
Item I give my wife the use of the plantationwhereon I live her Lifetime.
